Building N is a phased development consisting of three office buildings: N1, N2 & N3; a one-acre landscaped park and a double level underground carpark. Building N1 is currently under construction.

The Building N development will deliver a further 514,239 sq.ft of Grade A office accommodation to the more than 1 million sq.ft in existence at Dublin’s Central Park in Leopardstown. The site is located at the South end of the Campus, adjacent to the M50 motorway and close to the Campus’ dedicated Luas Light Rail stop. Central Park is 10km away from Dublin City Centre, situated at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains and is home to leading national and international businesses including Salesforce, Vodafone, Google, Ulster Bank, Bank of America Merryll Lynch and AIB.
